Pricing

If you are interested in discussing your needs and seeing if you would like to work with me, the next stage is arranging an initial appointment or a discovery call. Initial appointments are a paid 60 minute full session with no obligation to continue and discovery calls are a free 15 minute long phone to ask any quick questions you may have.

After that, if we decide that working together would work, we'll then discuss cost and arrange your first session.

 

My standard rate is £55 per session.

 

I do also offer a limited number of concession rate spaces for those who may struggle to afford therapy. This includes those with a low income, on statutory parental leave, statutory sick pay, students, and those out of work.

​

All counselling sessions are 1 hour long.
